A notification email reminder will be sent 1 week prior to scheduled appointment and an SMS 72hrs before.

We have a strict cancellation policy - less than 48hrs notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee being added to your next booking. This is due to the one on one nature of the business.

I kindly request you provide us with as much notice as possible if you can not make your appointment. This allows us to offer an otherwise unused space to a client on our waitlist.
